Since January 2019 we engaged in production of stainless steel equipment „DISC FILTER“ with weight of around 18 tons. This technologically complicated equipment is used for filtration of water from the water / cellulose mixture in the paper processing industry. When manufacturing the “Disk Filter” with a diameter of 6 meters, it was necessary to adhere to a tolerance of ± 1.5 mm, while the complete pre-assembly before shipping was not carried out in our workshop.
In September, the device was shipped in parts to German customer. The shipment contained not only the stainless-steel skeleton of the filter disc, but also a steel screw conveyor for feeding paper, nozzles, bearings, gaskets and all PVC, plastic and rubber components.
